3. Custom Build Projects & Vehicle Work
By submitting a vehicle to All Speed Customs, you acknowledge:
Build timelines can vary depending on parts availability, fabrication needs, and project complexity
Custom work may require modifications that cannot be reversed
You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle details
You also agree that:
Any parts ordered for a project may require non-refundable deposits
Abandoned vehicles or unpaid balances may incur storage fees
The vehicle cannot be released until the project balance is paid in full
A separate work agreement may be required for detailed builds.
4. Payments & Deposits
Payment terms will be communicated during the quoting or onboarding process.
This may include:
Required deposits to begin work
Progress payments during the build
Final payment due before the vehicle is released
We reserve the right to refuse service or halt a project if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.
5. No Warranty or Guarantee
All Speed Customs provides custom automotive fabrication, restoration, and modification services. Unless stated in writing:
No implied warranty is provided
Performance results, horsepower gains, or longevity outcomes cannot be guaranteed
Customer-installed parts may void potential workmanship warranties
Some third-party parts manufacturers may have their own warranties; these are handled directly through the manufacturer.

All content on our website—including text, images, logos, videos, and project photos—is the property of All Speed Customs unless stated otherwise.
