All Speed Customs displayed our 1949 Chevy Fleetline Street Rod and their 1971 “Medusa” Cuda, built for Green Bay Packers outside linebacker Nick Perry. We were honored to have the Fleetline win the 5th Annual Hollywood Sam People’s Choice Trophy!

ASC built this 1949 Fleetline Street Rod as a show-winning frame-off restoration. Our team engineered a host of complete custom solutions, including new bodywork with gapped panels, custom dash and interior, air ride system, two-tone paint, and a 348 Chevy engine.

This came in already disassembled as an incomplete project, nearly the entire car was reconstructed for this project.

Our fabrication experts built a buck (wooden frame), created new rear fenders, inner engine bay panels, rear roll pan, gapped all body panels, and made a custom dash panel.

In the paint booth, a black base coat and custom Brandywine candy mid-coat were applied to the entire body, plus single-stage maroon on the frame and engine. The lower body received pearl white two-tone accent panels with maroon pinstripes.

A custom RideTech air ride system was installed, as well as power windows, Vintage Air A/C, a 348 Chevy engine with Edelbrock aluminum heads, intake and dual carbs, Billet Specialties accessory drive, an Ididit steering column with Billet Specialties steering wheel, LoKar cables, custom LED taillights, new custom wiring, Billet Specialties wheels, and disc brakes.

ASC tailored red and white upholstery with modern electronics and created a full custom dash, full-length center console, 4 custom bucket seats, door and rear quarter panels, and installed new carpet.

We are proud to have two of our builds on display at Autorama, and we look forward to attending many more shows in the future!
